Social worker questionnaire
Questionnaires have now been sent to children’s most recent/current social workers. The social worker questionnaire collects information on children’s pathways, how children are doing, and where children are living up to 10 years after becoming looked after in 2012/13. Where data was not collected from the child’s social worker in Phase 1 (either where the local authority is participating for the first time or due to non-response in Phase 1) the questionnaire also includes limited questions about children’s history and family backgrounds.
The social worker questionnaire was distributed in Spring 2022. We now have over 450 responses and are very thankful to everyone in the local authorities who helped to make this possible and/or completed a questionnaire.
We have now started the process of preparing the data for analysis.
